The Sky Valley Chamber of Commerce is proud to be organizing our 2024 farmers market! We thank you for your interest in participating in this year’s event and we look forward to working with you. The Market will be held every Saturday May 18 through Sept 28.
A group of market supporters will review each vendor and the Market Manager has the right to refuse service. The intent of this market is to support Washington Farmers and artisans. Items should be Washington grown or made/created.
Terms & Conditions
I understand that each Market Saturday must be paid in advance. I agree that I will be open for sales for the full operating hours from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Any Market weeks not paid for upon registration will be billed separately and will require payment before Market Day. I also agree that I will notify the Market 48 hours before if I cannot make the market. If there are repeated no-shows, I will be assessed a $10 fee for every market missed.
I certify that I comply with all federal, state, and municipal licensing requirements for my business. I agree to an inspection to verify the authenticity of my company if necessary. I agree to hold harmless and release the Sky Valley Chamber of Commerce, City of Sultan, and any agents thereof from any and all claims to property and person(s), loss, damage or theft which may arise out of, or occur to persons display or inventory while participating in the Sultan Farmers Market. I understand that the Market Manager has the right to refuse service and the submittal of this application does not guarantee placement at the Sultan Farmers Market. I understand that vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax (if applicable). I understand that sales are not guaranteed.
